Deposit Policy: by sending a deposit you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as my general booking policies viewable here

  • Deposits are forfeited when cancelling a booking with less than 48 hours notice or when cancelling a booking whilst I’m on tour; this compensates me for my time already spent preparing for and organising our date as well as the time blocked off in my schedule for our meeting,

  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit is still not refundable however it will be retained and credited towards a future date. Tour bookings excluded.

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to our booking, the booking may not be able to proceed and the deposit will be kept. This grace period extends to 40 minutes for bookings of 4+ hours.

  • If you arrive to the booking and fail the health check (e.g. red blisters, bumps, blood/discharge present) the booking will not proceed and the deposit will be kept.

  • Please note that Prezzee e-gift cards are not refundable under any circumstance, all gift cards are final. Please pay your deposit via BeemIt if this concerns you.

  • If I need to reschedule or cancel a date, your deposit will always be totally refunded or retained as a credit towards our next meeting depending on your preference.


BANK TRANSFER

I accept deposits via bank transfer when Osko fast payments are enabled for the transfer to be instantaneous.

To pay a deposit via bank transfer please contact me for my BSB & account number then use your own bank app to complete the transfer. Once completed, kindly send me a screenshot confirmation of the transfer.

Please ensure on the final confirmation screen before sending the funds that it shows as an Osko or fast payment. If it is not wired through those services then it may take multiple days to clear my account.

Your deposit must be cleared and confirmed from my end for the booking to be confirmed in my diary or for it to proceed if it’s a same-day meeting.

 

BEEM IT

Beem It is a cash transfer app created by the major Australian banks to enable immediate inter-bank transfers.

To pay a deposit via the BeemIt transfer app, simply select ‘pay’ to username @StassiLane and put your name and date of booking you’re making a deposit for in the ‘for’ section. I will then text you confirming I have received the transfer.

 
 

Prezzee E-Gift Card

To pay a deposit via Prezzee, simply jump onto the prezzee website, select the ‘Prezzee Smart eGift card’, select the amount we have agreed on for your deposit, and select ‘purchase for a friend’.

It will then ask for the recipients name (Stassi Lane) and recipient’s email: StassiLane@outlook.com and under the message section please leave your name & booking date the deposit is for.

I will text you confirming I have received your deposit as soon as I receive the prezzee email.

Please note that Prezzee e-gift card deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. I offer it as an easy deposit option to pay by card & with no sign up required, but the drawback is that the gift cards cannot be cancelled or returned. If this does not suit, please make your deposit using BeemIt.
